The type of AI training I deliver is usually initiated by the team manager - someone who is in need of cohesion and best practices regarding how AI is used. It's the wild west among team memberss right now, and this is no bueno for quality control and optimum performance.

Teams want training and direction on how they should and could be using AI to achieve better results and, frankly, enjoy their work more. My aim is always for AI to enhance work processes and increase employee satisfaction (not eliminate jobs). Team training is about using AI to expand each person's capacity, not to have it do your job for you.
 
How the workshop works: 
 
In 3 hours, we cover a combination of theory, exercises, and open Q&A. I send a survey beforehand to gauge everyone's current use and comfort level with AI and a follow up reflection survey to gauge what shifted and how they think AI should be used going forward. 
 
The exercises are curated to match the team's competencies and workload. The skills learned being built through the exercises will match the skills required to use AI well in their day-to-day. I figure out what this looks like with the manager beforehand.
