Most of us think of hope as a feeling, a quiet wish that things will eventually work out.
Research presents a different perspective. Hope can be understood as a learnable and measurable cognitive skill built from distinct components that affect how we pursue goals, respond to obstacles, and find new ways forward.
In this session, Linda Grubic will introduce hope theory and explore how cultivating hope can help entrepreneurs navigate uncertainty and setbacks with greater resilience, flexibility, and creativity.
You’ll leave with a practical framework you can apply to an obstacle you’re currently facing in your business or personal life.
