In this session, Jonathan Cocklin will explore how to define clear outcomes instead of relying on vague job descriptions. You’ll examine decision rights, scorecards, key performance indicators, and what it means to place the right person in the right role.
The session will also cover coaching underperformance, developing the “next person up,” succession planning, and building leadership bench strength.
Finally, you’ll look at how to delegate without abdicating responsibility, establish weekly accountability, and determine whether your company has employees, or actual leaders.
